I remember how terrified I used to be of cravings. I felt powerless against them.

 

Even years into my sobriety, I still didn’t know how to handle urges. I did my best to use prayer, journaling, productivity, positive thinking, and setting boundaries. This kept me sober, but I still did not feel safe or confident when cravings hit. I thought there had to be a better way for me and the men I coached.​

 

It took me over a year-and-a-half of drafting and practicing, but what I developed has been such a blessing, both for myself and the men I coach across the world.
